Speech Pathologist – Paediatric Caseload

Full-time or part-time | Clinic, school, home & community-based services

A growing multidisciplinary practice in Parramatta is seeking a warm, committed Speech Pathologist to join their team and support children aged 0–18 through high-quality, evidence-based therapy.

This role suits someone who values family-centred care, strong clinical support and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy for children aged 0–18
  • Develop and review individualised therapy plans aligned with each child’s NDIS goals

  • Provide therapy across clinic, school, home and community environments

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, case notes and progress reports

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, family-centred care

  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, educators and support coordinators

  • Coach and empower parents to continue therapy strategies outside of sessions

  • Participate in weekly meetings, supervision, case discussions and ongoing professional development

  • Support students, new graduates and new starters as needed

  • Contribute to educational content, community presentations and workshops

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Checks

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

  • 2-3 years working as a Speech Pathologist, ideally within a Paediatric caseload 
  • Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership

  • Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

  • International experience will only be considered from New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, the USA, and Canada.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and motor learning

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing abilities

  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with strong organisational skills

  • Passion for supporting children with disabilities and their families

  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
