MOR. Healthcare – Quality, not quantity.

Behaviour Support Practitioner | Ballarat | Clinic Based | $90k to $110k + Super

Tired of doing behaviour support from the driver's seat?

Most BSP roles look the same. Long drives, back to back visits, notes written in a car park at 6pm, and a supervisor you email and hope to hear back from.

This one is different, and that is the whole point.

MOR. Healthcare is recruiting a Behaviour Support Practitioner for a well established allied health provider in Ballarat. It is a clinic based role with a genuinely manageable caseload, working with community clients funded through the NDIS, Aged Care and privately.

What makes this role worth a conversation

• You work from the clinic. A proper base, a desk, colleagues, and time in your day that is actually yours.
• A caseload you can do well. Deliberately manageable and largely self directed. Quality over volume is the operating principle here, not a line in a job ad.
• Real supervision. A senior, experienced practitioner on site and available, not a monthly calendar invite. If you are working toward Proficient level, this is how you get there.
• Entry level is genuinely welcome. If you are newly suitable or coming from a psychology, social work, developmental education or allied health background, you will be supported properly rather than thrown in.
• Professional development is funded and encouraged, not grudgingly approved.
• Salaried or subcontractor. Your call, and the flexibility that comes with it.
• Flexible hours, EAP access, and a team that people actually stay in.
• Ballarat. A real city with a real community, forty five minutes from Melbourne on the train, and a mortgage you can look at without flinching.

What you will be doing

Functional behaviour assessments, writing and reviewing behaviour support plans, training and coaching support teams, and working alongside families and stakeholders to reduce restrictive practices and improve quality of life. Adult and paediatric work across community settings.

What you need

• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent. Psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology, developmental education, behavioural science or similar.
• NDIS Commission suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, at any level, or eligibility and willingness to apply. Supervision for your application will be provided.
• A current driver's licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check, or the ability to obtain them.

Please note: AHPRA registration is not required for this role.

How to apply

Hit apply, or call Javiera at MOR. Healthcare for a confidential conversation on 0412203791. Happy to talk it through before you decide anything.

Physiotherapist – South Brisbane

Full-Time | Community & Mobile Allied Health | Varied Caseload

MOR. Healthcare is currently recruiting a Physiotherapist to join a growing and highly supportive allied health provider servicing South Brisbane and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, community-based position suited to a Physiotherapist who enjoys variety, autonomy and getting out from behind the clinic walls.

You’ll work directly with clients in their homes, aged care facilities and community settings, supporting a diverse caseload that can include adults, older Australians, children and NDIS participants.

A Team People Stay With

One of the biggest strengths of this organisation is its culture and staff retention.

Over the past three years, they have had just one team member leave the organisation – and that departure was due to family circumstances.

That level of retention speaks volumes about the environment they have created. This is a genuinely supportive organisation where clinicians are valued, well supported and encouraged to build a sustainable career rather than simply manage an overwhelming caseload.

You’ll have the autonomy that comes with community-based work, while still having the support and connection of a strong allied health team behind you.

About the Role

As a mobile Physiotherapist, you'll manage your own caseload across the South Brisbane region, providing personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy in the environments where your clients live and function every day.

Your role may include:

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments

• Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans

• Supporting mobility, strength, balance and falls prevention

• Rehabilitation following injury, illness or hospitalisation

• Pain management and functional capacity support

• Working with older adults and aged care residents

• Supporting NDIS participants to achieve their mobility and independence goals

• Providing education and recommendations to clients, families and carers

• Collaborating with Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports

What’s On Offer

• $89,000 + super for Physiotherapists with 1–2 years' experience
• Up to $98,000 + super for Senior Physiotherapists
• Fully maintained company car for both business AND private use
• All fuel, tolls, insurance, registration and maintenance fully covered

• Excellent team culture with exceptionally high staff retention

• Supportive leadership and a team that genuinely values its clinicians

• Diverse community-based caseload

• Variety across disability, aged care, rehabilitation and general community physiotherapy

• Autonomy to manage your day and caseload

• Support from an established multidisciplinary allied health team

About You

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who is confident working independently in the community while enjoying being part of a collaborative team.

You’ll ideally have:

• Bachelor or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy

• Current AHPRA registration

• Australian working rights

• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to manage your own caseload and schedule

• A genuine interest in community-based healthcare

• Experience across NDIS, aged care, community rehabilitation or disability would be highly regarded

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to join an organisation where good clinicians are supported – and stay.

Interested?

If you’re a Physiotherapist looking for a role offering variety, autonomy, genuine support and a team culture with the retention to back it up, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply through MOR. Healthcare today for a confidential discussion about the position.

Title: Occupational Therapist | NDIS Community | Car Provided

Location: Gold Coast

Salary field: $89,000 – $98,000 + super + vehicle

The car is provided. So is the fuel.

Most community OT roles ask you to run your own vehicle and reimburse you at a rate that doesn't cover it. This one doesn't. You get a car, and the kilometres stop being your problem.

The role NDIS community caseload across Brisbane's south side. Fully mobile — you're seeing participants in their homes and communities, not running a clinic diary. Functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, ADL work.

The team Small, and deliberately so. Weekly support across the team, monthly team outings, and a director who is still clinically involved rather than three layers away. When you're stuck on a complex participant, there's someone to ask that day.

What we're looking for

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• NDIS experience — you've written FCAs and you know the reporting standard
• Australian driver's licence
• Comfortable working autonomously on the road

What you get $89,000 – $98,000 + super, depending on experience Vehicle provided Genuine team support, not a wellbeing poster

Interviews are in person with the Director and the OT Clinical Lead — over coffee, not across a boardroom table.

Apply here, or call Javiera at MOR. Healthcare for a confidential conversation first.
