MOR. Healthcare is seeking Registered Midwives – Women’s Ward & Birthing Suite to work in Regional Victoria 

Location: Regional Victoria (1 1/2 hours from Melbourne)
Salary: $42.41 – $52.20 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging
Hours: Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time (Ongoing and Fixed-Term) – 80 hours per fortnight includes an ADO every 4 weeks
Classification: YS2 – YS8

Generous Sign-On Incentives

  • $12,000 for 0.74 FTE or higher (59.2 hrs/fortnight)
  • $8,000 for 0.53 or 0.63 FTE (42.4 or 50.4 hrs/fortnight)

Relocation Reimbursement

  • $6,000 for interstate candidates
  • $8,000 for international candidates (excluding those requiring sponsorship)

International Pathway

  • 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa for quick commencement
  • Transition to 186 Permanent Residency Visa after 12 months of employment

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safe, woman-centred care throughout pregnancy, birth, and postnatal periods
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver, and evaluate care
  • Educate and empower women and families with compassion and confidence

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration (applications without this will not be considered)
  • Permanent position seekers only (minimum 12 months)
  • Experience working as a midwife - Minimum 6 months experience 
  • 2025 Flu Vaccination
