Job Description
MOR. Healthcare is seeking In-Home Disability Support Workers on behalf of our clients in West Melbourne.
We have both active roles ready to go, and ongoing requests coming in for future as well.
What you will do:

Provide person-centred support to clients in their private homes across West Melbourne.

Assist with Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming) with dignity and respect.

Provide Domestic Assistance (meal prep, cooking, light cleaning, laundry).

Facilitate Community Access and Participation (appointments, shopping, social outings).

Assist with Medication Administration and other specialised health supports as trained.

Support clients in achieving their NDIS goals and building independent living skills.

Maintain accurate and timely client notes and documentation.
Employment Options (Available to Suit Client Needs)

Full Time: Consistent weekly hours providing stability for experienced workers.

Permanent Part Time: Reliable, contracted hours (e.g., 10-30 hours/week) for guaranteed shifts.

Casual: Maximum flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Essential Requirements
-
Genuine passion for the rights and independence of people with disabilities.

Relevant experience in the care/disability sector.

Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
-
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.

Current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
