Behaviour Support Practitioner / Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner
Regional Victoria | Within 1–2 hours of Melbourne | $90K–$110K

Looking for a Behaviour Support role with more scope than just holding a caseload?

This opportunity is best suited to an entry to senior practitioner - ideally someone already working at Proficient level, or a very strong Core practitioner who is close to stepping up.

The role combines clinical work with plan review, early supervision, and stakeholder engagement. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys quality practice, mentoring others, and representing a service well in the community.

What’s involved:

  • Delivering behaviour support services across a regional Victoria catchment.

  • Reviewing plans and contributing to clinical quality.

  • Supporting or beginning to supervise Core practitioners.

  • Representing the organisation with stakeholders and referral partners in a relationship-led way, rather than hard sales.
