I’m working with several organisations across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, hiring Occupational Therapists into paediatric, adult, mixed and specialist (neuro / mental health) roles. Salaries typically range from around $80,000–$115,000 + super, with higher bands for senior or lead responsibilities.

You can choose clinic, community, or blended roles depending on your caseload preferences and lifestyle.

Role options

  • Brisbane: Mixed caseload roles (paeds + adults), community and clinic, strong MDT.

  • Gold Coast: Paeds-focused and neuro/NDIS roles, clinic + community, beach-side lifestyle.

  • Sunshine Coast: Adult and mixed caseloads, community rehab and disability, strong local partnerships.
