Job Description

Physiotherapist | Sponsorship & PR Pathway | Regional VIC & NSW

Secure your future in Australia with a clear pathway to Permanent Residency.

Are you an onshore Physiotherapist looking for a role that offers more than just a paycheck? I am currently representing two regional healthcare providers (one in Victoria, one in New South Wales) who are actively looking to invest in long-term clinical talent through comprehensive visa sponsorship.

If you are currently in Australia on a temporary visa or looking to transfer your 482, these roles offer the stability and support needed to call Australia home permanently.

Sponsorship & Visa Details

We are looking for clinicians to join these teams ASAP. Because these are regional locations, we can offer robust migration support:

  • 482 Sponsorship: Available for new applicants or those looking for a 482 Transfer.

  • 407 Training Visa: We will consider candidates eligible for a traineeship pathway.

  • Pathway to 186 (PR): A clear, documented roadmap toward Permanent Residency is on the table for the right candidates.

  • Offshore Candidates: We will only consider offshore applicants who already hold a granted visa (such as a 491 or similar) and are ready to relocate immediately.

Relocation & Support

Moving to a regional area is a big step, and these providers are committed to making it seamless:

  • Financial Relocation Assistance: Negotiable packages to help with moving costs.

  • Settlement Support: Local guidance to help you find housing and integrate into the community.

  • Immediate Start: Positions are vacant now; we are ready to commence the visa process immediately.

The Role & Caseload

You will work across a diverse mixed-service model that keeps your clinical skills sharp:

  • Community Home Care: Providing rehabilitation and functional maintenance for NDIS and SAH participants.

  • Aged Care: Delivering high-quality geriatric care and falls prevention within residential facilities.

  • Clinical Variety: A mix of musculoskeletal, neurological, and geriatric presentations.

Requirements

  • AHPRA Registration: Current General registration is essential.

  • Drivers Licence & Car: You must have a driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle for community visits. International licence acceptable for short-term, clear pathway to Australian licence underway.

  • Experience: Previous experience in Australian Community or Aged Care settings is highly valued.

  • Location: Must be willing to relocate to regional Victoria or regional NSW.

How to Apply

If you need a sponsor who values your clinical expertise and is willing to support your long-term residency goals, let’s talk.

Apply via SEEK or contact David Cameron at MOR. Healthcare for a confidential discussion regarding your current visa status and these regional opportunities.

I am managing the clinical filtering and sponsorship verification for both sites; all applications are strictly confidential.
