Are you looking for a paediatric role where the environment is as adaptable as your clinical approach?
We are seeking a Psychologist to join a well-established therapy centre in Parramatta. This is a practice that genuinely understands that every child is different—while some thrive in a traditional setting, others require a sensory or movement-based approach.
With a team of OTs and Speech Pathologists already in place, and an onsite sensory gym, you’ll have the resources and collaborative support to meet a wide range of developmental and emotional needs.

Multidisciplinary Support: Work alongside experienced SLPs and OTs who value a holistic view of child development.

Clinical Standards: Join a practice with strong clinical governance and a dedicated Lead, ensuring you have the professional support and training you need.

Flexible, Evidence-Based Practice: We value clinical integrity and evidence-based frameworks. Whether your approach is traditional desk-based therapy or you’re incorporating sensory-led strategies, the owner (an experienced OT) supports "outside the box" thinking that remains grounded in high-quality clinical outcomes.
The Package

Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience).

Flexibility: Open to Full-Time or Part-Time (2–5 days per week).
