Job Description

Occupational Therapist | Coastal Sea Change | Relocation Experts

The Role & The Lifestyle

Are you a Melbourne-based OT feeling the burnout of city traffic? Or an international clinician looking for your permanent home in Australia?

MOR. Healthcare is exclusively recruiting for a highly-regarded Not-for-Profit (NFP) organization located in a stunning coastal region of Victoria (approx. 3 hours from Melbourne CBD).

This isn't just a job; it’s a lifestyle upgrade. You will be joining a thriving, established team with a powerhouse Speech Pathology department, meaning you’ll have immediate access to multidisciplinary collaboration and a high-quality service delivery model.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • The Key Worker Model: We focus on Early Intervention and Behavior Support. You aren't just an OT; you are the lead for your families, providing holistic and meaningful care.

  • NFP Benefits: Maximize your take-home pay with Salary Packaging (it’s essentially a tax-free pay rise!).

  • Manageable KPIs: 5 "Service Delivery Hours" per day - and yes, that includes your travel, notes, and report writing.

  • Team Strength: Step into a site that already has a strong, supportive clinical culture. You won't be "starting from scratch."

Relocating Made Easy with MOR. Relocation

We know moving is stressful. That’s why we don't just "offer a job." Through MOR. Relocation, we provide end-to-end support to ensure your transition to the coast is seamless. From navigating the local area to settling in, our specialized relocation service has you covered.

  • Relocation Allowance: Up to $2,000 reimbursement for moving costs.

  • Visa & PR Pathways: We are open to Sponsorship for overseas candidates with experience in UK, Ireland, NZ, and Canada.

The Package

  • Salary: Grade 2 range $85k – $105k + Super (commensurate with experience).

  • NFP Salary Packaging: Maxmise your takehome with Salary Packaging
  • Open to New Grads: Motivated Grade 1 OTs are encouraged to apply! (external supervision and local support provided)

  • Flexibility: Full-time or Part-time options with set workdays to support your work-life balance.

  • The Gear: Fleet vehicle access, laptop, work phone, and free parking.

  • Growth: Quarterly PD reviews with an "open-door" policy on funding for interests and specialties.

About You

  • Qualified OT with AHPRA registration (or eligibility for international applicants).

  • A passion for Paediatrics, Early Intervention, or Disability support.

  • A collaborative spirit - you enjoy working alongside SLPs and Educators.

  • Looking for a coastal community where you can build a long-term career.
