Business Development Manager - NDIS & Aged Care - Remote - Sydney or Brisbane

Our client is a rapidly expanding, quality-focused provider of both NDIS and Aged Care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and changing lives in our community. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and truly drive exponential growth for our client.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

  • Acquire New Business: Identify, target, and secure high-value contracts and referrals across NDIS Plan Managers, Support Coordinators, Aged Care Case Managers, hospitals, government agencies, and other relevant key influencers.
  • Leverage Active Networks: Immediately activate your established professional relationships to generate a consistent and significant pipeline of new referrals and business opportunities.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources to ensure our company is their provider of choice.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and policy changes within the NDIS and Aged Care landscapes to inform our strategic approach.
  • Presentation & Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate our service value and competitive advantages.

 

What You'll Bring to the Table:

 

  • Proven, quantifiable success in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably within the Australian NDIS and/or Aged Care sector.
  • A highly active and established network of referral sources that you can engage with immediately.
  • The ability to confidently engage with people at all levels and build rapport quickly.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, high energy, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of the NDIS funding models, Aged Care packages, and the referral pathways in both sectors.
