MOR. Healthcare is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected hospice in Brisbane, dedicated to delivering compassionate, family-centred palliative care to infants, children, and young people living with life-limiting conditions.

This is a deeply meaningful opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Enrolled Nurse who wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and their families during the most vulnerable moments of their journey.

About the Role

As part of this specialised hospice team, the Enrolled Nurse will:

• Deliver holistic, person- and family-centred palliative care to children from infancy to adolescence.
• Collaborate closely with registered nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, and families to ensure comfort and quality of life.
• Provide support during symptom management, respite care, and end-of-life care.
• Work within a warm, peaceful hospice environment designed for dignity, comfort, and emotional support.
• Contribute to care planning, emotional wellbeing, and bereavement support services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (medication endorsement preferred).
• Experience in paediatrics, palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• A compassionate, calm, and resilient approach to nursing care.
• A strong commitment to maintaining dignity, empathy, and family involvement at all stages.
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
