Casual Registered Nurses (RN) & Enrolled Nurses (EN) – Clayton  ($61 - $122 ordinary pay rates)

Expression of Interest | Casual & Ad Hoc Shifts

MOR. Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for casual and ad hoc shifts at an established Aged care facility in Clayton, VIC.
This is an Expression of Interest for additional workforce support commencing from late October, with MOR Healthcare assisting the facility during a busy period.
This opportunity would suit nurses who are looking to pick up additional shifts, enjoy casual flexibility and have solid aged care experience.

You may be required to work across a range of shifts, including:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm – 9:00pm
  • 3:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm – 7:00am

Requirements To be considered, you must have:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in Aged care
  • Current AHPRA registration for RN/EN
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • Current 2026 COVID-19 vaccination – mandatory as requested by the client
  • Current Manual Handling training
  • Dementia training/certificate
  • Relevant police/worker screening checks
  • Current First Aid/CPR where applicable
  • Medication competency/training where applicable
  • Strong understanding of person-centred aged care
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different aged care environments and procedures
  • Reliable availability for casual/ad hoc shifts

  • Reliable and professional
  • Comfortable working in an unfamiliar facility when required
  • Confident managing dementia and complex care needs
  • Able to provide safe, high-quality resident care

Greek-speaking nurses are preferred but not essential. All suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
