Behaviour Support Practitioner / Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner
Regional Victoria | Within 1–2 hours of Melbourne | $90K–$110K

Looking for a Behaviour Support role with genuine scope, not just a caseload? This opportunity is best suited to an entry to senior practitioner — ideally someone at Proficient level, or a strong Core practitioner who is close to stepping up and wants the support to get there.

This is a blended role combining behaviour support, plan review, quality input, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll also have the opportunity to begin supervising Core practitioners, so it suits someone who enjoys mentoring, relationship-building, and broader service impact, not just direct clinical work.

Based in Regional Victoria and within easy reach of Melbourne, this role is a strong fit for someone wanting a lifestyle change without giving up access to a major city. The service is looking for a practitioner who can grow into more responsibility over time, with salary of $90K–$110K.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver behaviour support across a varied caseload.

• Review plans and contribute to clinical quality.

• Support or begin supervising Core practitioners.

• Represent the service with stakeholders in a collaborative, relationship-led way.

About you

• Likely around 2–4 years’ experience in behaviour support.

• Comfortable working independently and keen to keep developing.

• Interested in moving into supervision, review, and broader service responsibilities.

• A strong communicator who values practical outcomes and good relationships.
