Job Description

Occupational Therapist
Melbourne | Clinic + Community + Telehealth | $85K–$110K + Super

Looking for an OT role with genuine career growth, a warm team, and a workload that is actually sustainable? This Melbourne opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants variety and development without being pushed through an unrealistic day.

You’ll work across clinic, community, and telehealth with children, adolescents, adults, and older people, alongside a multidisciplinary team of OTs, psychologists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, dietitians, counsellors, social workers, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants.

This role is designed with sustainability in mind. Workloads are structured with travel considered, and most days average around 3–4 participants, giving you the space to deliver quality work rather than rushing from one appointment to the next.

Caseload can include paediatrics, functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, SIL and SDA assessments, adult disability, neurological conditions, psychosocial disability, falls prevention, mobility, reablement, and healthy ageing.

There is genuine opportunity to develop specialist skills over time or move into leadership as the organisation grows, supported by structured onboarding, monthly peer supervision, internal training, and substantial professional development.

What’s on offer

  • Salary of $85K–$110K + super (depending on experience)

  • Sustainable workload with travel considerations built in

  • Average of 3–4 participants per day

  • Flexible work across clinic, community and telehealth

  • Structured onboarding and clear development pathways

  • Monthly peer supervision and strong multidisciplinary support

  • Real opportunity to specialise or move into leadership roles

  • Warm, human-centred culture that invests in your growth and wellbeing

About you

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach

  • Interested in growing your career and potentially specialising or stepping into leadership over time

  • Passionate about supporting people across the lifespan

If you’re looking for a role where you can build a long-term, sustainable career in a genuinely supportive team, this could be a great fit.
